You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return your product to us.
For the refund to be made, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned unworn, clean and undamaged.
- Returned products must be accompanied by all original tags and must be in their original, undamaged packaging, including the Kimberfeel box.
- The return shipping label must be affixed to the package and not to the original product packaging.
Returns are subject to a charge of €4.90. These return costs will be automatically deducted from the amount of your refund.
Your refund will be made when the package has been delivered to our warehouse and checked by our quality department.
Product exchange is not possible. If you want a different size or color, you will have to return the product and place a new order.
If your return does not comply with our return policy, it will not be accepted. We will then return the products to you without refunding you.

Once your request has been taken into account and subject to acceptance, we will send you a return shipping label as well as the return form to fill out. Please note that you have a maximum of 7 days to reship the return package from the receipt of the label.

- Pack the product you are going to return.
- Drop off the package at the access point closest to you.
- Reception and analysis of the return

Once we receive your package and it has been checked by our quality department, we will make your refund by deducting the amount of €4.90.
If there is a problem with your return (product in bad condition, incorrect item, etc.), we will contact you by email and resend the product without issuing a refund.
The refund will be confirmed to you by email. Please note that this process can take up to 14 days.
We do not refund the cost of delivery.
