Kimberfeel offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for any product purchased on our website.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery of the product as well as hidden defects.

If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair it free of charge, replace it, issue a gift card credit, or provide a refund.

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, natural alteration of colors and materials, washing or improper use of the product.

We are not responsible for accidental damage, improper use or neglected maintenance.

To claim under the legal warranty, you must contact us here and select "Defective". Please provide us with your first and last name, order number, a description of the defect and photos of the problem.

Please note that defective items shipped to our warehouse without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.

Make sure you are still within the 2 year warranty period.

We will then study your request:

• If, after evaluation, we find that there is a problem due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. We will then process your product by repairing or replacing it. If repair or replacement is not possible, you will have the choice between a gift card credit or a refund.
• If, after evaluation, we find that the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will reject your warranty claim.

Dirty products will be refused. Please clean it a minimum before shipping.

We cannot guarantee the lifespan of a shoe as it depends on several factors.

However, to extend their lifespan and maintain their appearance, here are some tips:

- Use wooden shoe trees to maintain the shape of shoes and absorb moisture after use.
- Prefer drying in the open air. Avoid exposure to a direct heat source.
- Avoid machine washing as this can deform the shoes.
- Alternate pairs of shoes to allow materials to rest and dry.
- Store shoes in a dry place out of direct sunlight.

1. Leather shoes

• Clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. Use a soft brush to remove dirt.
• Maintain with shoe polish or cream specially designed for leather to improve its shine and protect. You can also use a leather conditioner to maintain its suppleness and prevent cracking.
• Waterproof with a moisture and stain spray. To be done before the first use and periodically thereafter depending on use.

2. Suede or nubuck shoes

• To remove dirt, use a soft-bristled brush or an eraser specifically for suede.
• Apply a nubuck or suede cleaner to remove stains.
• Waterproof with a moisture and stain spray. To be done before the first use and periodically thereafter depending on use.

3. Shoes other materials

• Clean regularly using a soft, damp cloth to remove dust.
• For stains, use a mild soap, rubbing very lightly then wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove excess soap.
• Waterproof with a moisture and stain spray. To be done before the first use and periodically thereafter depending on use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, normal wear and tear, natural alteration of colors and materials over time, washing and misuse.

If a product is defective due to a manufacturing problem, we will repair the product free of charge or replace it.

Holes, marks or accidental damage due to misuse are not covered under warranty.

We are unable to repair any item that is excluded from our warranty policy.

If your product is indeed defective due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it. If neither choice is possible we will offer you a credit in the form of a gift card or a refund.

If the return is validated by our expertise, Kimberfeel covers the shipping costs for your product under warranty. We will send you a prepaid return label.
