Summer 22 partnerships: A summer with Kimberfeel at your feet

This summer, thanks to our ambassadors, our shoes have been put to the test. They have been tested all over France, Europe and resolutely approved. A real pleasure for Kimberfeel to accompany hikers and travel enthousiasts and nature lovers to discover the natural beauties of our continent. Our ambassadors made us travel with them thanks to their wonderful photos in breathtaking landscapes. From cross-country hiking to via ferratas, no outdoor activity can resist to them ! And they are not going to tell us otherwise.

Laura (@lauraj.martin) had the opportunity to test our shoes traveling in Iceland on wet or volcanic soils. Here is her feedback :

"My Kimberfeel hiking boots have been with me for 2 months now. So I had the opportunity to test their robustness. From the steep hiking trails in France to the lava paths on Iceland’s volcanoes, they remained solid and very comfortable. Insulating from stones, waterproof to light rain and very pretty, it is a very good compromise. Being sensitive at the ankles and heels, they hold me up and protect me from shocks and stones on the mountainous paths.

I was looking for French brand hiking shoes, waterproof, non-slip that support me and protect me while remaining aesthetic and comfortable. The Kimberfeel shoes meet all my criteria !"

Thibaut (@thibautmonteirobraz) has tested them during hikes in our french mountains but also in the norwegian fjords on fairly technical paths. He retains this:

 "I’m back from Norway and the least I can say is that I'm extremely satisfied with my Flaine shoes, the hiking trails are very technical in Norway and in one week I didn't slip once, I haven't had wet feet, not a single blister, I have not had cold feet. I'm impressed by the resistance of the materials, it doesn't move at all, it's really safe. My old shoes from another brand are already stored in the closet and I have the impression that they won't come out again. Thank you Kimberfeel !"

Finally, Laetitia (@maman1000volts) a sporty mom living in the mountains trusted us to equip her two daughters June (7 years old) and Tess (3 and a half years old) during their many mountain hikes.

Laura, in this magnificent Icelandic setting, wears the DENALI model designed for hiking in the medium-altitude mountains. Its mid-height upper in textile and split leather combines ankle support, comfort and resistance over time. On the technical side, it is lined with our KIMBERTEX membrane which makes it weather resistant and equipped with a Vibram® sole for better grip on all types of terrain.

Thibaut here in the heights of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc wears the FLAINE model with similar characteristics to our DENALI, only the Vibram® sole is different.

June wears the LIVIO model and Tess the RIMO model in the Vercors landscapes. For Laetitia, their mother, choosing low-cut shoes to equip her daughters in the mountains means choosing to let the ankle muscles develop. The shoes are also lighter and more breathable thanks to their mesh textile upper lined with our KIMBERTEX membrane. The speed lacing system makes it easier for children to put on.

Whether they chose outdoor or pure hiking shoes, Kimberfeel has accompanied them throughout the summer on their many adventures and we are proud to have earned their trust!
